Be an A.A. Speaker in School Classrooms

1265

This year, the Eastside A.A. Public Information (PI) Committee is arranging in-person presentations by A.A. members to local middle and high school classrooms.  The presentations are in support of health education, and usually feature a panel of 3-5 A.A. members who share their experiences with alcoholism and recovery, and then answer student questions.

The PI Committee is building a list of A.A members willing to visit schools and participate in these presentations.  If you would like to sign up to be on the list of speakers, please contact:

David B., Public Information Coordinator PI@eastsideaa.org

For guidance on representing A.A. outside of meetings, read the A.A. pamphlet Speaking at Non-A.A. Meetings.
