85th Celebration of AA in WA
On April 19, 1941 4 men met in Room 522 of the New Washington Hotel. This event marks the first meeting of what became The Seattle Group of Alcoholics Anonymous.
In celebration of 85 years of AA in Washington State we are putting together an incredible event.
This event will be held on April 18, 2026 at Emerald Downs Racetrack.
The party program includes Don L. from Bellingham as the main speaker,
an old timers (50+ years) panel, young persons panel, a presentation on
AA history in Washington, a raffle, sobriety countdown and a dance.
